Who can be more dumberer?
Alor Gajah municipal council chairman Mustadza Abu Bakar has the cheek to say this, "We were driven by tour guides around the two cities. We could not meet the mayor or other council authorities in the two places as we could not arrange it on time. They were too busy to see us. So, we just went around and looked about on our own."
If you think the Selangor State government was dumb to try to belly dance, this has to be dumberer. I motion to confer Mustadza Abu Bakar a recipient of The Malaysian Incredibly Dumb Award.

I think you should compile a list of such potential winners of the award. And at the end of the year, run a SMS vote to see who gets the trophy....:)
Unless someone else is smart enough to come up with a more moronic statement, this guy is winning hands down.
