New Shoplots in USJ 10 Taipan

On paper, the two barricaded lots in Jalan USJ10/1 were meant for food stalls, but the signboard states shop lots are being built.

An alert resident pointed out to The Malay Mail that it was clearly stated in the development layout plan that the two lots were earmarked for food stalls.

• Why are shops being built instead?
• How can the local authorities allow this to happen? Was it approved?
• How about social obligations?” he asked.
