Warning on four ayurvedic medicines

SINGAPORE health officials warned the public on Wednesday against consuming four Indian traditional medicines after tests showed they contain excessive amounts of lead and mercury.

The four, also known as ayurvedic medicines, were identified as Annai Aravindh Herbals Rheuma-7 Capsules, Himalaya Diabecon Tablets, Laurel's Diabecs Capsules and Goodcare Diabet Guard Granules.
