Moronic Driver
This moron did not only deprived two other vehicles of a covered parking lot at the IOI Mall in Puchong; the car was also obstructing the smooth flow of traffic at the car park. What should be done with cretins like him or her?

Another inconsiderate driver.
Ada macam macam di Malaysia. Since this is a private car park, the management should clamp the wheels and let the driver pay heavily for being inconsiderate.
Wheel clamping is being done in Kelantan, [USM hospital] and mind you and it works.
